Our electric scooters are tested before sale and come with a 1-year warranty. Warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but do not cover general wear and tear or any damage caused by the user from crashing or abusing the electric scooters. They must be used in accordance with the instructions.
If your electric scooter develops a fault, contact must be made with us before the item is sent back. From here will we will require some information about the fault, a proof of purchase, photos of the damage and any other relevant information depending on the problem. We will then let you know if the scooter is valid for a warranty.
If the scooter is valid for a warranty you may be required to send it back to us where we will access if the scooter will be repaired or replaced.
